Your first session is a 60-minute introductory session designed to help you and Leah get acquainted, talk through what's bringing you to hypnotherapy, and experience a full session firsthand — all from wherever you are in the world. You stay fully aware and in control the entire time.

It's a genuinely low-risk way to try hypnotherapy before committing to a package.
